MAIN HIGHLIGHTS



The National Award being presented by Shri Dinsha Patel, Honorable Minister of MSME, Government of India, in a national level function at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, India ; presided by Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Manmohan Singh, to Shri Ajay Kumar Gupta, Managing Director and Smt. Kalpana Gupta, Director of Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd.



Mr Ernest Jura receives his cash awards. Mr Ture Boru, the acting CEO of Youth Enterprise Development Fund, presented Mr Jura, who produced the best overall business plan, with a cheque for Sh1 million.

BATCH-4
  • ICT Incubation programme conducted by Kamtech Experts at KIRDI from 10th May 2010 to 11th August 2010 was very successful. At the end of the training, 9 incubates are ready with commercial launch of their enterprises.

  • 10th May 2010, Batch 4 commences.


Applications Invited for BATCH-4
  • The fourth batch which was announced in March for inviting applications; received an overwhelming response and against normal intake of 25; many applications were received and finally 9 applicants have been shortlisted after interview and the batch will commence from 10th May 2010.


BATCH-3
  • Two Incubatees were sponsored by Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd. for the INDIA SOFT 2010 International Conference and Exhibition. The event has been scheduled between 10th March to 12th March 2010 at Jaipur (Rajasthan) - INDIA.

  • ICT Incubation programme conducted by Kamtech Experts at KIRDI from 8th September 2009 to 9th December 2009 was very successful. At the end of the training, 10 incubates are ready with commercial launch of their enterprises.

  • 8th September 2009, Batch 3 commences.


Applications Invited for BATCH-3
  • The third batch which was announced in July for inviting applications; received an overwhelming response and against normal intake of 25; 76 applications were received and finally 30 applicants have been shortlisted after interview and the batch will commence from 1st Sept 2009.


BATCH-2
  • One of our incubates of second batch Mr. Ernest Jura was felicitated with a first prize of Sh 1Million and a laptop for his business plan in a Nationwide Business Plan Competition organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Enablis Entrepreneurial Network East Africa for his product Collabmed which provides Medical Practice Management Solutions.

  • FLEET REAL-TIME TRACKING AND SECURITY SYSTEM(WWW.TRAILMYCAR.COM)
    The Incubate James Muriki, developed a business of installing GPS units on cars by using superior GPRS & GSM technology to get the location of the cars in real-time. This is the best tracking system ever incorporated in Kenya. This is a system specially developed and designed for Fleet real-time tracking and security. It can get accurate GPS fix even in remote places.

  • ICT Incubation programme conducted by Kamtech Experts at KIRDI from 16th March 2009 to 15th May 2009 was very successful. At the end of the training, 7 incubates are ready with commercial launch of their enterprises.

  • 12th May 2009, Incubates had a session where they portrayed their product's services & features via a detailed presentation.

  • 16th March 2009, Batch 2 commences.


BATCH-1
  • ICT Incubation programme conducted by Kamtech Experts at KIRDI from 11 November 2008 to 31 March 2009 received a flying start and has achieved a success rate of over 83% on the completion of Training phase. At the end of the training, 18 incubates are ready with commercial launch of their enterprises.

  • 11th November 2008, the 1st Batch commences. All the entrepreneurs are full of energy & enthusiasm. We wish them all the success for their projects.


KIRDI in pact with Kamtech
  • Kamtech and KIRDI signed an agreement for capacity building and technology transfer in ICT area through creation of new ICT enterprises and with the help of incubations and training. As per the agreement which was signed, ICT entrepreneurs will receive training on advanced software applications and ICT from Indian experts of Kamtech. The program is expected to get a good welcome with a number of enquiries already being received at both Kamtech & KIRDI.
